BACOLOD City – Charged with qualified theft, two men were arrested in Negros Occidental.

Superintendent Herman Garbosa, Victorias City police chief, identified one as the 41-year-old Jomar Labadia of Barangay 6-A, Victorias City.

Labadia was charged with 108 counts of qualified theft and was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Dyna Doll Tiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trial Court Branch 40 in Silay City on Oct. 5.

The court recommended P40,000 bail bond for Labadia’s temporary liberty.

The other one was the 30-year-old Arnold Padios of Barangay E. Lopez, Silay City.

Padios was arrested on the strength of a warrant also issued by Tiongson-Trocio on Sept. 8.

Padios was charged with 40 counts of qualified theft.

The court recommended a P24,000 bail bond for Padios.
