ILOILO City – Accused of rape, the third most wanted man in Carles, Iloilo was arrested on Monday in Barangay Poblacion.
Twenty-two-year-old Jhon Mark Olaera of the town’s Barangay Dayhagan was taken to the police station around 3:45 p.m.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty, based on the order of Judge Jose Mauricio Gomez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 71 (Barotac Viejo, Iloilo)./PN
