BACOLOD City – No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of a rape suspect arrested in Barangay Zone 2, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Judge Gwendolyn Jimenea of the Regional Trial Court Branch 60 in the city ordered the arrest of Rico Villa, 55, a police report showed.
The suspect was caught around 3:45 p.m. on April 20.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Cadiz City police station./PN
