BACOLOD City –Officers in Police Station 10 arrested a 32-year-old Barangay Felisa resident accused of rape.
They served Nolan Bantilan a warrant Regional Trial Court Branch 43 Judge Philadelfa Pagapong-Agraviador issued on Feb. 4.
The court did not grant the suspect bail.
Bantilan was hauled to the Police Station 10 lockup cell after his arrest on Friday./PN
