ILOILO City – Accused of reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property, a driver was arrested in Barangay Nabitasan, Leganes, Iloilo.
The 44-year-old resident Raffy Sumagaysay was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 5, a police report showed.
Policemen of Leganes served the warrant issued by Judge Arturo Doronilla of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court.
The suspect was taken to the municipal police station.
The court recommended a 29, 000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
