BACOLOD City – A 34-year-old tricycle driver died in a road mishap in Barangay Granada.
Police identified him as Jose Ronie Ruel Jr., a resident of Barangay Concepcion, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
According to police investigation, the tricycle Ruel was driving hit the gutter. He fell on the concrete road and hit his head around 11:20 p.m. on Feb. 16.
Ruel was rushed to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital here but was declared “dead on arrival.”/PN
