ILOILO City – A man was arrested for a slight physical injury charge, a police report showed.
Policemen served John Franco, 51, an arrest warrant in his residence in Barangay Bagaybagay, Sara, Iloilo around 4:45 p.m. on Oct. 13.
Judge Gonzalo Espa of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) issued the arrest warrant.
The court set a bail bond of P5,000 for Franco’s temporary liberty.
The Sara police station took him in custody, stated the report.
