ILOILO City – Around 12:30 a.m. on Oct 15, a man found himself inside the lockup cell of Police Station 1.
The 33-year-old Edgardo Baylosis, a resident of Barangay Igtambo, San Miguel, Iloilo, was arrested for “alarm and scandal.”
He threw an empty bottle of beer in the middle of the street in Barangay Liberation, City Proper, according to the police.
Police Station 1 was alerted by concerned citizen Ma. Isabel Borda.
The responding Senior Police Officer 1 Leo Jalandoni arrested Baylosis./PN
