BACOLOD City – A store inside the Barangay Aguisan public market in Himamaylan City was robbed around 4 a.m. on Saturday. Assorted slippers, one cell phone and P3,000 cash were taken away.
Store owner Bryna Lim Deza, 44, a resident of Barangay Saraet in the city, reported the incident to the police.
The Himamaylan police conducted a follow-up operation and arrested two suspects around 6 a.m. on the same day.
One of the suspects was a minor. The other was identified as Raymart Mayo Malotu, 22, a fish vendor from Purok 8, Barangay Aguisan./PN
