BACOLOD City – Charged with acts of lasciviousness, a Swiss national was arrested on FC Ledesma Street, Barangay Palampas, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Policemen of San Carlos served Armin Wyss, 61, a warrant of arrest and took him to the police station around 9:50 a.m. on Nov. 24.
Judge Amy Alabado-Avellano of the Regional Trial Court in San Carlos City issued the arrest warrant on Nov. 9 and set the bail bond at P180,000.
As of this writing, it was unclear if Wyss was able to post bail./PN
