BACOLOD City – Facing frustrated murder charges, a 56-year-old widower was arrested in Sitio Kanagkaan, Barangay General Luna, Toboso, Negros Occidental.
Pontenciano Tanudra, a resident of the village, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 11 a.m. on May 19, police said.
Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 59 in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental issued the arrest warrant on May 6, 2021.
The suspect was detained at the Toboso police station.
A P200,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
