BACOLOD City – After sustaining multiple gunshot wounds on the body, a 34-year-old man died in Barangay Taban-uc, Toboso, Negos Occidental.
Resident Allan Tingal was inside his sister’s house when unidentified gunmen fired at him around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, a police report showed.
Chief Inspector Ariel Pico, Toboso police chief, said at least six suspects were responsible for the shooting.
Toboso police recovered 12 empty shells of an M16 rifle and a slug of a .45-caliber gun from the scene of the crime.
Police were still identifying the suspects and the motive in the shooting./PN
