BACOLOD City – Police were still locating the suspect in shooting two persons in Barangay Tabun-ac, Toboso, Negros Occidental.

From what the police gathered so far, the 35-year-old Francisco Castillo Jr. shot Armando Continedo, 53, and Rosalie Salido, 43, around 12:30 a.m. yesterday.

Castillo, Continedo and Salido were all residents of the village.

Continedo sustained a gunshot wound on the face while Salido, on both feet.

Continedo and Salido were rushed to the Toboso Rural Health Unit and later transferred to the VGDH Hospital in Escalante City where they were currently under treatment.

Castillo, on the other hand, fled.

Police have yet to identify the motive in the shooting. (With Mae Singuay/PN)
