BACOLOD City – An improvised tooter with traces of suspected shabu was confiscated from a man at a checkpoint in Barangay 22.
Police apprehended the 40-year-old Jhonard del Rosario of Barangay Montevista on Feb. 6.
Del Rosario was facing a charge for possession of illegal drug paraphernalia.
The tooter was placed in a black pouch along with lighters./PN
