BACOLOD City – A trisikad driver was found dead in Barangay Zone 12-A, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Talisay City police identified him as the 37-year-old Romeo Isog.
Resident Arsenio Jianson discovered Isog in a nipa hut on Oct. 3, a police report showed.
A bottle of whisky was found beside Isog’s body.
Police were still determining the cause of Isog’s death./PN
