AKLAN – Two public elementary schools in Altavas town here were ransacked over the weekend.
Altavas police said the unidentified burglars barged into classrooms, faculty office and canteen of Cabangila Elementary School in Barangay Cabangila and carted away a laptop.
The said laptop however was later recovered at Eahong Elementary School in Barangay Catmon where the same burglars looted next.
According to the management of Eahong Elementary School, three laptops and an amplifier were missing.
As of this writing, investigation of the Altavas police station into the incidents was ongoing to identify the culprits./PN
