BACOLOD City – Two teenagers attempted to end their lives by drinking pesticide.
Niño Prospero, 18, of Barangay Cabla-an, Candoni town and Daniel Guadalupe, 18, of Barangay Atipuluhan, Bago City were rushed to Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital. Both survived.
Prospero reportedly drank pesticide after he was scolded by his parents for not paying his school fees.
Guadalupe, on the other hand, drank pesticide because of a family problem./PN
