ILOILO City – A collision between a motorcycle and a passenger van left three persons injured in Barangay Aripdip, San Rafael, Iloilo.
Motorcycle driver Kyd Apelo sustained critical injuries. He was taken to a hospital in this city for medical treatment.
Meanwhile, van passengers Leonsito Narciso Jr., 38, of Barangay Pontoc, Lemery, Iloilo, and Aizi Salundaguit, 25, of Barangay Compania, Molo district received treatment at the Gov. Niel D. Tupas Sr. District Hospital in Barotac Viejo, Iloilo.
From what the San Rafael police gathered so far, the crash happened around 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 3.
The van bound for Lemery was navigating the road when hit by the motorcycle running in the opposite direction. Both of the vehicles incurred heavy damage on the front portion./PN
