BACOLOD City – Two unidentified suspects shot a food vendor in front of the Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital in Dumaguete City.
Darwin Cabetingan, 42, of Barangay Cadawinonan, Dumaguete City died of a gunshot wound in the head, a police report showed.
The suspects on board a motorcycle fired at Cabetingan four times, police said.
Four empty shells of a .45-caliber pistol and a cellphone were found at the crime scene.
Police have yet to identify and catch the suspects.
It was known that Cabetingan’s wife – who was arrested for a drug offense – was recently out on bail./PN
