BACOLOD City – Charged with murder and attempted murder, a man was nabbed in Barangay Gawahon, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Joel Payas, 46, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 2 p.m. on Aug. 29, police said.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trial Court Branch 40 in Silay City, Negros Occidental dated March 5, 2020.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Victorias City police station./PN
