ILOILO City – Police caught a 55-year-old man accused of domestic violence.
Eduardo Itucas, a resident of Barangay Castor, Sara, Iloilo, was detained at the municipal police station after his arrest Wednesday night.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest in Barangay De Vera, Sara at around 6 p.m., a police report showed.
Regional Trial Court Judge Rogelio Amador issued the warrant against the suspect for violation of Republic Act 9262, or the Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004.
Judge Amador recommended a bail bond of P24,000./PN
