ILOILO City – Charged with homicide with the use of unlicensed firearm, a native of Tapaz, Capiz was arrested in this city.
Officers from the Capiz Police Provincial Office and the La Paz district police station caught Diosdado Flores on Luna Street, La Paz.
They served him an arrest warrant issued by Presiding Judge Daniel Antonio Gerardo Amular of the Regional Trial Court Branch 21 at around 2:30 p.m. on Monday.
Also known as “Arig,” Flores was temporarily residing in Barangay Rizal Estanzuela, City Proper. He had been wanted in Capiz, police said.
Flores was presently in the custody of the Capiz police./PN
