BACOLOD City – A 21-year-old man charged with homicide was arrested in Purok 3, Barangay Nagasi, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental on Saturday.
Chief of Police, Lieutenant Colonel Joenel Guadalupe identified the suspect as Niel Ortega.
Authorities arrested Ortega in his residence at 11:10 a.m. through a warrant issued by Judge Cyclamen Jison-Fernandez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 63.
The suspect was detained at the La Carlota City police station with a bail bond of P120,000 for his temporary liberty./PN
