BACOLOD City – Two men were arrested in Barangay Pinggot, Ilog, Negros Occidental on Friday, Sept. 3.
The suspects were Richard Plano, 29, and Milly Mayaan, 50, both from Barangay Asia in Hinoba-an town.
They were apprehended around 3:15 a.m. through arrest warrants for murder and frustrated murder issued by Judge Rodney Magbanua of Regional Trial Court, Branch 61.
The suspects were detained at the Ilog police station.
The suspects were given no bail for the murder charge, but were recommended a bail bond of P200,000 each for the charge of frustrated murder./PN
