ILOILO City – The No. 9 wanted person in Concepcion, Iloilo was arrested around noon yesterday in the town’s Barangay Poblacion.
The 33-year-old Efren Villar of Barangay Igbong, Concepcion was accused of sexually abusing a minor, police said.
He was brought to the municipal police station.
A P200,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
