BACOLOD City – Charged with cyber libel, a woman was arrested in Barangay Zone 4-A, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
The 41-year-old Venus Pagora of Barangay Zone 10, Talisay City was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Tuesday.
Pagora was detained at the Talisay City police station lockup facility.
The court recommended a P16,000 bail bond for her temporary liberty./PN
