ILOILO City – Apparently, he’s got no love to give.
An 18-year-old woman complained to the police that a male attendee at the “Love Dance” at Smallville punched her.
Zallegra Bustamante of Barangay Lantad, Silay City, Negros Occidental claimed that Franciz Martirez, 19, attacked her at the entertainment complex in Barangay San Rafael, Mandurriao district, a police report showed.
They were at Love Dance, one of the city-wide parties during the Dinagyang Festival, at around 2:20 a.m. on Saturday when Martirez punched her twice on the right ear, Bustamante said.
Bustamante claimed she did not know why Martirez, a resident of Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City, would hit her.
Police said Bustamante claimed she was hurt but did not want to seek medical attention.
Martirez, meanwhile, was arrested and temporarily detained at the Mandurriao police station./PN
