ILOILO – Policemen in this province arrested 14 persons with pending arrest warrants in just a day of operation (Nov. 8).
The Barotac Viejo police station arrested its No. 8 most wanted person, Igbaras police station its No. 10 and Guimbal police station arrested two fugitives.
Other wanted persons were caught in the towns of San Miguel, Santa Barbara, Maasin, Mina, Pototan, Anilao, Concepcion, Estancia, San Dionisio, and Sara.
“I urge all police chiefs to exert more efforts,” said Police Colonel Gilbert Gorero, provincial police director. “Coordinate with your barangay officials.”/PN
