ILOILO City – Two suspected drug pushers were arrested in a separate buy-bust operations in Pavia, Iloilo.
Crisboy Caballero, 24, was arrested in Barangay Cabugao Sur around 5:50 p.m. on Nov. 10, a police report showed.
Caballero yielded five sachets of suspected shabu, P2,500 marked money and drug paraphernalia.
Thirty minutes after, the Pavia police also nabbed Mathew Mark Lacuesta, 36, in Barangay Balabag.
When frisked, Lacuesta – a resident of the village – yielded six sachets of suspected shabu.
Caballero and Lacuesta were detained in the lockup facility of the municipal police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects./PN
