ILOILO City – In Barangay La Paz-Tubog, Hamtic, Antique, a man was wounded in a shooting incident.
The 21-year-old Danilo Abello sustained injuries on the neck and the back, a police report showed.
Abello – resident of Barangay Ingwan-Batangan, Hamtic – was brought to the Angel Salazar Memorial General Hospital in San Jose, Antique for treatment.
According to police investigation, Abello was inside a public market when an unidentified man shot him around 8 a.m. on July 14.
Officers of the Hamtic municipal police station have yet to identify the suspect and the motive in the shooting./PN
