ILOILO City – The police of Dueñas, Iloilo were hunting for a farmer suspected of hacking his wife in Barangay Tinocuan.
Wilfredo Laguna presumably fled after wounding wife Danilyn during a heated argument around 3 a.m. on Monday, police said.
Laguna was no longer in the house when a son discovered his bleeding mother early morning of that day.
Danilyn was taken to the Western Visayas Medical Center for hack wounds on the face and arms.
As of this writing, Laguna’s whereabouts were unknown./PN
