ILOILO City – In Barangay Poblacion, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras, an unruly and drunken man was arrested.
Police Officer 2 Rogien Monte was surveilling a wanted person around 7 p.m. Monday when he spotted the 56-year-old Jose Geonaga.
Geonaga was armed with a homemade .45-caliber pistol, a police report showed.
When he failed to show his permit to carry firearms outside of residence, Monte brought him to the Nueva Valencia police station./PN
