BACOLOD City – A man in Bago City, Negros Occidental is facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The 41-year-old resident Willy Mel “Bong” Pacliban was caught after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P300 around 5:35 p.m. on Thursday in Barangay Poblacion, Bago City, a police report showed.
Recovered from Pacliban were five sachets of suspected shabu – including the buy-bust item – weighing 0.451 grams valued at an estimated P6,650, an empty plastic sachet with traces of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, and P720 cash, police said.
Pacliban was detained at the Bago City police station lockup facility.
