ILOILO City – A man with a pending criminal case surrendered to the police station of Batad, Iloilo around 4:10 p.m. on Nov. 4.
Thirty-three-year-old Arden Macahilo of the town’s Barangay Malico was assisted by his relatives and barangay officials.
Macahilo was accused of qualified theft with a P40,000 bail recommended./PN
