ILOILO City – After 25 years of hiding, a wanted man in San Joaquin, Iloilo was finally arrested.
The 54-year-old Juan Sasi was charged with murder and attempted murder, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 2:30 p.m. on April 24 in Barangay Igparas, Sibalom, Antique.
Judge Adriano Savillo of the Municipal Trial Court (MTC) in San Joaquin ordered the suspect’s arrest.
No bail was recommended for his murder case but it was P10,000 for the attempted murder case.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Sibalom police station./PN
