BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Sambag Culob, Anilao, Iloilo was killed in a stabbing incident in Barangay Dos Hermanas, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Rocky Hubo died of a stab wound on the lower chest, police said.
Hubo was found lying on the ground of a beer house in the village, with his two companions – Raymundo Polidario of Isabela, Negros Occidental and Joey Pasol of Zarraga, Iloilo – injured, a police report showed.
The incident happened around 11 p.m. on Sept. 24, police said.
Investigation showed that a certain “Boboy” was responsible for the stabbing.
A misunderstanding that led to a heated argument prompted the stabbing, police said. Police were still finding Boboy./PN
