ILOILO City – A man accused of attempted homicide was arrested in Barangay Cubay, President Roxas, Capiz on Wednesday.
Ryan Ecamina, 30, was caught by the police around 5:10 p.m. on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Hannibal Patricio of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court in Capiz.
He was taken to the President Roxas police station.
It was unclear as of this writing if Ecamina was able to post bail of P12,000./PN
