BACOLOD City – Suspected shabu worth P680,000 were confiscated in a buy-bust operation in Purok Riverside, Barangay Banago.
Police also arrested Allan Sadia of Barangay 29 and Johnny Gonzaga of Barangay 1 around 6:20 p.m. on Aug. 7 for allegedly selling the prohibited substance to a poseur buyer.
Eleven pieces of P1,000 marked money were also recovered, a police report showed.
The suspects were detained at Police Station 2. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 would be filed against them./PN
