ILOILO City – Two residents of Iloilo province complained to the police that the drunken janitor of their house railed against them.
The incident caused them “great fear and embarrassment,” Shella Ann Macariola and Albert Cruz told the police.
Macariola, a 21-year-old resident of Barangay Parara Sur, Tigbauan town and the 21-year-old Cruz of Barangay Rizal Ilaud, Calinog town were tenants of a boardinghouse (Cischo Building) in Barangay Mabolo-Delgado, City Proper.
At around 8 p.m. on Dec. 2 their janitor – Richard “Batok” Rosales of Barangay Inday Ybiernas – yelled at them, “Mga gago kamo! Ikaw, kasarang ka gid haw? Bantayan ta kamo karon! Gwa kamo di bala!” the complainants told the police.
Rosales was drunk at the time, Macariola and Cruz claimed.
The janitor cannot be reached for comment as of this writing.
