CAPIZ – The Capiz Police Provincial Office (CPPO) announced the arrest of the second most wanted person in the province on Tuesday, January 20.
Alias “Rald,” a 29-year-old laborer, was collared at around 2:54 p.m. in Barangay Poblacion Ilawod, Dumarao town based on arrest warrant for rape and lascivious conduct.
The warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court, Sixth Judicial Region Branch 14 on January 13, 2026 was served by operatives of the Dumarao Municipal Police Station in coordination with the 2nd Capiz Provincial Mobile Force Company’s Tracker Team B, the CPPO’s Provincial Intelligence Unit, and the Police Regional Office 6’s Intelligence Unit.
The suspect is now under the custody of Dumarao MPS pending court proceedings.
The court has ordered a P200,000 bail bond for lascivious conduct case and no bail for rape charges./PN
