ILOILO City – Charged with murder, a man was nabbed in Barangay Bongol, Janiuay, Iloilo.
The 23-year-old Elmer Armanda was a resident of the town’s Barangay Canauilian, police said.
Policemen of Janiuay served him an arrest warrant around 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 16 and took him to the municipal police station.
Judge Gemalyn Faunillo-Tarol of the Regional Trial Court Branch 76 issued the arrest warrant. She set no bail bond for Armanda’s temporary liberty./PN
