ILOILO City – Police nabbed a tricycle driver in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Damo-ong, Janiuay, Iloilo.
Eight sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P25,000 were seized from Joemar Moralidad, police said.
Prior to his apprehension on Jan. 16, Moralidad – resident of the village – allegedly sold a sachet of suspected shabu for P4,000.
He was brought to the municipal police station where he was detained. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him./PN
