THE Bureau of Customs has apprehended P80 million worth of smuggled cigarettes and fake N95 masks at a warehouse in Barangay Sta. Rosa, Marilao, Bulacan.
In a statement, the BOC said that its operatives through the Enforcement and Security Services Quick Reaction Team, the Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service, and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency raided the warehouse and discovered 1,000 master cases of illicit cigarettes.
Authorities also seized 648 boxes of fake N95 masks which copied designs and logos of famous luxury fashion brands.(ABS-CBN)
