BACOLOD City – Police caught a physician from Cebu City still “high on drugs” in the hotel room he was renting on corner San Juan-Luzuriaga streets in Barangay 13.
Dr. Andrew Tolentino of Barangay Sambag 1, Cebu City was still lying on his bed when Police Station 1 officers barged into his room.
Officers found on a table a plastic pack of suspected shabu and an improvised tooter.
Police hauled Tolentino to their station and booked him for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 after arresting him on Monday.
The hotel management called Police Station 1 to report that Tolentino has not come out of his room for three days. Officers forcibly opened the room, only to find the doctor “still high on illegal drugs.”/PN
