ILOILO City – A drunken man jumped off the Drilon Muelle Loney Bridge early morning on Tuesday.
A tricycle driver found Rudolfo Oliver Ganzon, 39, floating at the Iloilo River and holding on to the bridge’s foundation around 3:45 a.m.
The tricycle driver reported the incident to the police, who in turn reached Ganzon’s wife.
After he was fished out of the river, Ganzon was brought home to Barangay Santo Niño Norte, Arevalo district./PN
