ILOILO City – He was listed as the No. 7 most wanted person in the municipal police station of Dueñas, Iloilo.
The 40-year-old Jovel Barrios was facing a rape charge, a police report showed.
Police caught him on the strength of an arrest warrant in Bacoor City, Cavite around 10 a.m. on Dec. 1.
He was detained in the custodial facility of the Bacoor City police station and set to be transferred to the Dueñas police station this week.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
