ILOILO City – Arnold Areglo was wanted for an estafa charge.
The 44-year-old resident of Merlo Street, Barangay Zone II (Poblacion), Santa Barbara, Iloilo was arrested in their village, a police report showed.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest at around 8 p.m. Friday.
Areglo was detained at the Santa Barbara police station.
Judge Alpha Sanglap Delgado of the 14th Municipal Circuit Trial Court (San Miguel, Iloilo) issued the arrest warrant.
The judge set the bail bond at P18,000, stated the police report./PN
