BACOLOD City – Councilor Wilson Gamboa suggested homeowners’ association in subdivisions regulate the sticker fees they collect from drivers and operators of public utility tricycles.
Gamboa said such fees must not exceed P100.
“It’s unlawful to collect fees more than P100 from small-time drivers and operators,” said Gamboa.
Drivers and operators of public utility tricycles plying private subdivisions were required to secure a sticker from the homeowners’ association to ensure the safety of the latter’s members.
Currently, there are no fixed rates for the sticker fees, said Gamboa./PN
