ILOILO City – For illegal gambling, a woman was arrested in Barangay Timawa, Molo district.
The 33-year-old Michelle Yanson was a resident of the village, police said.
Police chanced upon her soliciting bets for an illegal numbers game Wednesday morning.
Yanson was brought to the Molo police station custodial facility. Charges for violating Presidential Decree 1602 that outlaws illegal gambling will be filed against her./PN
