BACOLOD City – He was found dead hanging inside their house in Barangay 6.
The 21-year-old resident Justin Abilay was believed to have committed suicide, police said.
Abilay was found lifeless by his friend Frexidol Villa around 2 p.m. on April 9, the police added.
According to police investigators, Abilay left a note asking for forgiveness to his family.
The victim’s body was brought to a local mortuary for a “post-mortem” examination.
Officers of Police Station 2 have yet to rule out foul play in the incident./PN
